Product Description :
Acrylic emulsion based, silicone, interior surface primer paint with white-pigment .

Product features:
Penetrates well to the surface applied and provides a superior protection. It reduces the paint consumption since it reduces the surface absorption, provides well adhesion of the topcoat paint to the surface.

Application Area:
It is used as primer before the topcoat application on all the surfaces where silicone products shall be applied.

Application Method:
Surface preparation and application: The application surface should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, oil and bubbled paint. As a primer, SILICONE INTERIOR SURFACE PRIMER, is applied by brush and roller by thinning at the ratio of 20-25% with water so that it both saturates the surface and provides better adhesion of the paint to the surface. 
• Thinner : Water
• Thinning Ratio : Thinning by 20-25%
• Application Method : Roller or Brush 
• Drying Time(20°C % 50 rr) : Dries in 5-6 hours, hardens in 24 hours. 
• Waiting period between the coats : Minimum 12 hours 
• Covering Power : 10m2 /lt on a single coat as based on the surface

Issues to be Taken into Consideration During Application and After the Application:
• Before use, it should be mixed in the paint container until it is homogenous . 
• Application should not be carried out in temperatures below +5 °C and above +35° C.
  • Application Surfaces should be clean and dry.
  • Application should be carried out as based on the application information contained in the label.
  • Ersan interior surface primer applied surfaces should be protected from physical impacts for 3 days and rain, snow, frost, excessive heat for 24 hours..
  • Clean your brush and roller with water after each application.

Storing Conditions:
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, snow, excessive heat, moisture and frost. Can be stored for 1 year in its original unopened container provided that the storing conditions are observed.

Storage Temperature:
Should be stored between +5 °C to +30° C .

Relative Humidity:
23 ±2 °C % 50 ± 5 real humidity
