Silicone Grain Exterior Surface Coating

Product Description:
It is water based, Acrylic copolymer binder based, matt, grain, silicone, fine-patterned topcoat exterior surface coating material which is applied by a roller and patterns are designed by the roller.

Product features and Application Surfaces:
It is applied for decorative and protective purposes by roller on all types of wall surfaces such as plaster, concrete, brick, eternit etc. and patterns are designed by the roller. Fine, medium or thick type patterns can be obtained optionally as based on the method the roller is used by the applier. It has perfect adhesion on all types of surfaces. It does not crack and fall off. It has high alkali resistance. It is highly resistant against sunrays, moisture and salty water on the sea side. Its breathing nature enables the humidity on the wall to be thrown out.

APPLICATION:
After mechanical cleaning of the surface from all dirt, oil, loose and flaking layers, such surface is saturated with ERSAN SILICONE EXTERIOR SURFACE PRIMER. Following the drying of the primer (minimum 6 hours) ERSAN EXTERIOR SURFACE COATING MATERIAL is applied as a single layer on the surfaces. Application should not be carried out under the sun in order to prevent surface defects such as roller marks on the surface. The ambient and surface temperature during the application should be between +5 °C to +30 °C. The thinning ratio by water should be as 0,5 - 1 kg of water for 25 kg of coating material.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY:
23±2 °C, %50 ±5 °C real humidity

DRYING TIME:
Dries in 30-60 minutes. Hardens in 10-12 hours.

PAINTABLE AREA:
For a fine pattern, 1.2 - 1.3 m2 of an area can be painted with 1 kg of paint.

STORING CONDITIONS:
Store in closed containers between, 5-35 0°C. Protect from frost
