Silicone Exterior Surface Paint

Product Description:
It is acrylic copolymer binder based, silicone, matt, washable, breathing, odorless, ecological, rapidly drying decorative exterior surface paint with perfect covering, coating and adhesion features, and high friction resistance, which does not leave brush marks.

Product features:
Although enables the water and moisture in the wall to come out, it never lets the water and moisture from outside in. Has high whiteness, colors do not yellow and fade. It is highly resistant against the harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, sea climate as well as the wearing effects of the sun. It does not crack and fall off. It is easy to apply and does not tire the wrist.

Application Surfaces:
It is applied for decorative and protective purposes on the exterior parts of the buildings, on all types of wall surfaces such as plaster, concrete, brick, eternit etc. It should not be applied on elastic paints.

Surface Preparation Before the Application:
The surface to be painted should be free of dirt, oil, dust and bubbly paint remains. Plaster cracks should be repaired. For better adhesion of the plastic paint onto the surface and for reducing the topcoat paint consumption, Ersan İnsulation Primer or Ersan Silicone Exterior Surface Primer should be applied on the surfaces.

Application:
Mix the paint well before use and don't mix with other paints. Primer is applied following the completion of the surface preparation. At least 2 hours after the application of the primer ; ERSAN SILICONE EXTERIOR SURFACE PAINT is thinned by water at the ratio of 15-20% and is applied as two layers by a brush or roller. It is recommended to wait 2-4 hours between the coats. The surface temperature during the application is required to be between +5 °C to +30° C.

Coverage Area:
28 ± 5 mic. Dry film thickness ; with 1 lt ERSAN SILICONE EXTERIOR SURFACE PAINT around 6-7 m2 is painted as a single coat based on the surface and with 1 kg at least an area around 4 m2 is painted as double coat (May vary based on the surface conditions and color.)

After the Application :
The surfaces painted with ERSAN SILICONE EXTERIOR SURFACE PAINT should be protected from rain, snow, frost, excessive heat and physical impacts for a period of 24 hours. Clean your brush and roller after each application

Drying ( 20 ° C):
First drying 30 min, Drying 2-4 hours, Complete drying 24 hours.

Storing Conditions:
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, snow, excessive heat, moisture and frost. Can be stored for 2 years as of the production date, in its original unopened container provided that the storing conditions are observed. Conforms to TSE 5808.

Storage Temperature :
Should be stored between +5 °C to +30° C .

Relative Humidity:
23 ±2 °C % 50 ± 5 real humidity.
