Coating Primer

Product Description:
It is acrylic copolymer binder based, water based, silicone, filler primer, which provides better adherence of the exterior surface coatings to the surface.

Product features:
It is a primer paint which prepares a perfect application surface in silicone and acrylic exterior surface coatings, reduces topcoat paint consumption and prevents the problems to occur due to temperature.

Application Surfaces:
It is applied to the exterior sections of the buildings, on all types of wall surfaces as plaster, concrete, brick, eternit etc.

Surface Preparation Before Application:
The surface to be painted should be free of dirt, oil, dust and bubbly paint remains. Plaster cracks should be repaired. A single or double layer can be applied as based on the condition of the surface.

Application:
Mix the primer paint well before usage. Following the completion of the surface preparation, thin by 20-25% of water and apply the primer. The surface temperature should be between +5 °C to +30° C during the application.

28 ± 5 mic. Dry film thickness ; with 1 lt ERSAN SILICONE EXTERIOR SURFACE COATING PRIMER, around 12-15 m2 is painted as a single coat based on the surface and with 1 kg at least an area around 8-10m2 is painted as a single coat (May vary based on the surface conditions and color.)

Drying (20°C):
6 hours.

Storing Conditions:
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, snow, excessive heat, moisture and frost. Can be stored for 1 year as of the production date, in its original unopened container provided that the storing conditions are observed.

Storage Temperature:
Should be stored between +5 °C to +30° C .

Relative Humidity:
23 ±2 °C % 50 ± 5 real humidity.
