ANTICORROSIVE PRIMER

Product Description:
It is alkyd resin based, protective primer prepared by anticorrosive pigments. It prevents corrosion.

Features and Application :
Ersan Antirust is used on all types of iron surfaces exposed to the sea effects, in excessively humid and rainy regions. The surfaces where Ersan Antirust is to be applied should be free of dirt, oil, rust and old paint remains. Under normal conditions, there should be 6 hours of waiting time between the application coats. One day waiting is recommended since a second coat application is required

Thinning:
Thin by 15% synthetic thinner.

Coverage Area:
It is around 4-5 m2/lt in a single coat. (28 ± 5 micron Dry film thickness).

Storing Conditions :
It is at least 1 year at room temperature in an unopened container. TS 11651

Storage Temperature :
Should be stored between +5 °C to +30° C .
