PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
It is rapid air-drying, alkyd binder based, matt synthetic primer.

AREA OF USE:
It is used as primer before the application of Ersan RAPID Topcoat Paint, on construction machinery, agricultural tools, tractors, various electrical devices and mechanical equipment.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
It has high covering power. It is applied as a single coat. All dirt, oil, and foreign particles should be cleaned mechanically, if required, by sanding from the surface before the application. The application surface should be dry. Ersan RAPID Topcoat is applied maximum within 6 hours following this procedure.

THINNING RATIO:
It is thinned by 10% by rapid thinner or cellulosic thinner.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY:
23±2 °C, %50 ±5 °C real humidity

DRYING TIME:
Surface drying at 20 ° C is in 10-15 minutes, complete drying is 2-3 hours.

SARFİYAT:
4-6 m²/kg

STORING:
It is around 1 year in its unopened container in a moisture-free medium between 5-35 °C.
