Epoxy Transparent Primer

PLACES OF USE:
It is used for priming the surfaces of the absorbent concrete and provides the saturation of the surface and strong adherence of the coating material to be applied onto the surface.

CONSUMPTION:
0.150 kg/m² (varies as based on the desired thickness and infrastructure )

UYGULAMA:
Surface Preparation : The surface should be oil-free and screed-free. If required, the surface is scraped by sand or wire brush and cleaned by vacuum. Screed surfaces are washed by 10% hydrochloric acid (HCL) and are rinsed well. Uneven surfaces and cracks are repaired. The moisture of the surface should be removed.

On Steel Surfaces: The surface is sanded or is cleaned by a wire brush.

First Coat : The whole hardener is added to the main component and mixed until it is homogeneous. The mixture is appied on the surface by a roller or brush. 

On the vertical surfaces : Apply with a roller or brush onto the surface so that 0.150 kg/m² is achieved (varies as based on the desired thickness and infrastructure).

STORING CONDITIONS:
Protect from direct sunlight between +5º C to +30ºC. The period of use is 1 year as of production date in its original unopened container under appropriate storing conditions.
