Single Component Anticorrosive Primer
DESCRIPTION:
Reaction-dry, anticorrosive primer
PLACES OF USE:
It is used as anticorrosive primer before the topcoat paint in factories and industrial plants, on all types of rusty metal, concrete, mineral surfaces, on bridges, metal surfaces specifically against weak acid, sea water, natural, mineral oil and corrosion where chemical resistance is desired. It offers perfect protection on metal surfaces due to the zinc phosphate and anticorrosive pigments it contains. It has a flexible structure thanks to its special resin support.
APPLICATION METHOD:
All the dirt, oil, and bubbling materials on the surface should be cleaned and the surface should be completely dry. Ambient and surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C to +30 °C. In order to achieve the best results, it is applied by a brush or roller as two coats by thinning with Ersan Epoxy Thinner at the ratio of 15-20%. It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours between the coats and should be applied minimum as two coats. It offers perfect protection on the surfaces which require heat resistance.

CONSUMPTION:
As based on the surface, 180 - 200 gr / m 2 or 120 - 130 ml / m 2 about 50 micron Dry film thickness in single coat.
FLASH POINT:
30 ºC (21ºC – 50ºC, contains fluids which are inflammable vapor fluids and which do not mix with water at any ratio.)
STORING CONDITIONS:
Protect from direct sunlight between +5º C to +30ºC. The period of use is 1 year as of production date in its original unopened container under appropriate storing conditions.
