Epoxy Anticorrosive Primer
DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy resin based, reaction-dry anticorrosive primer.
PLACES OF USE:
It is double component, reaction-dry, epoxy resin based anticorrosive primer reacting with rust due to its special chemical structure, which is applied on surfaces where rust cannot be cleaned completely, which has perfect adherence power. It can be used in various industrial facilities which are subject to sea water, water, acid, and abrasion, even in mediums where the humidity rises up to 70%.
APPLICATION METHOD:
All the dirt, dust etc. on the surface should be cleaned. Ambient and surface temperature during application should be between +5 °C to +30 °C. If it is to be applied on the application surface by a brush and roller, then it is thinned with Ersan Epoxy Thinner at the ratio of 15-20% and if it is to be applied by pistol, then it is thinned at the ratio of 25-30%. It is recommended to wait 24 hours between the coats and should be applied as two coats.

CONSUMPTION:
As based on the surface, 250-350 gr / m 2 or 200-240 ml / m 2 for single coat.
STORING CONDITIONS:
Protect from direct sunlight between +5º C to +30ºC. The period of use is 1 year as of production date in its original unopened container under appropriate storing conditions.
